POE Cameras means that the cameras will be installed with buit-in POE modules, but buyers should buy the extra POE switches or injectors themselves. We have POE switches and injectors in stock. ( if you need , just leave me a message when you order the camera )

You need to modify computer's IP address so that the camera is connected to the LAN, generally, camera and the router or the computer must be on the same network segment, such as:

    IP address of the router or computer is 192.168.1.1

    camera's IP address must be in the 192.168.1.1~254 range

Factory default setting network parameters of the camera:

Subnet Mask:255.255.255.0

Gateway:  192.168.1.1

FAQ:

1.Camera cannot find

If the camera is connected, but cannot the find the camera, you can check according to the following steps:
    1. Confirm the camera and the computer is in the same local area network (LAN)
    2. Whether installed relative CMS software 
    3. The routers and switches the function or Settings for blocking of the radio signal

    4. Check whether the cable is aging, or Ethernet cable is too long lead to signal transmission
